I got in a good workout this morning.
I've stuck to liquids all weekend.
I've logged my calories in and out, creating a deficit for each day of the weekend.
I'm wearing my bodybugg...and using it.
My weight was down this morning.
I will say good-bye to the 220's, permanently, sometime in the next, few days.

See?  It's doable!
